I offer a wide range of event tools and production services, where everything is customized to the clients needs. I harness my years of experience in event management for every project, to ask the right questions at the right time. I work closely with each client to understand their unique needs and build solutions for their greatest challenges..

OUR MISSION

My mission is to reduce the stress of event management. I am committed to exceeding expectations with every solution I build and delivering exceptional customer service to both clients and their users.

WHAT I DO

This is not a software company - I create process workflow and data visualization solutions that simplify the complicated.

Using an existing cloud-based platform, I configure solutions to my clients unique needs, whether for an individual event, project, or for department-wide operations. I can also work with clients on custom solutions, and provide event planning services from the smallest of tasks to full event management and production.

WHY I DO IT

Intuitev Solutions was founded after years of searching for event and department operations technology that didn't seem to exist - or at least technology that made life easier and not more complicated. Something that was easily accessible to both internal staff as well as external partners. Something that provided a snapshot of up-to-date information without manually pulling, sorting, and analyzing a predetermined report. Something that would reduce the stress of event planning - rather than adding to it.

I took matters into my own hands, creating simple solutions for multiple challenges. Now my goal is to configure solutions for others, tailored to their unique needs.

HOW I DO IT

I work closely with clients to configure solutions that are easy to use, reduce manual processes, and eliminate change management challenges.

Step 1: Client Interview

The client interview allows me to understand needs, structure, and existing processes. I provide options on automation and may provide recommendations on how to simplify processes.

Step 2: Gather Requirements

I guide clients through the system, gathering most of the details up front to truly configure a system to your needs.

Step 3: Design and Build

Using the details provided, I design a unique solution. Throughout the design and build phase, I work with clients to ensure each aspect aligns with their needs.

Step 4: Test

Clients review the full solution to ensure it meets - if not exceeds - their expectations.

Step 5: Train

I help to train clients and their staff, reviewers, and/or other stakeholders. I am there with you every step of the way to help new users, answer questions, and provide additional training where needed.
